Rental Policy:
Reliable Rent--Car Jordan will provide full rental and maintenance contracts, insurance coverage and 24-hour roadside assistance.


Additional driver

Additional driver is a free of charge but it's subject to fulfillment of Reliable conditions.


Accident/Damage

In the event of an accident, or when the car gets damaged when in a stationary position, the renter should not move the car and should inform the police and get the police report and inform Reliable company. Failing to produce the report, the renter will be liable for all the cost incurred as a result of damage and injury, for more details, please read the rental contract agreement.


Corporate Account

Credit facility is available to local companies. Special rates are available for long lease contracts. The details will be provided upon request.


Chauffeur Service

Chauffeurs are available at JOD 25/- for 8 hours and JOD 3/- for each extra hour. Reliable Chauffeurs are also available on Fridays and other Public Holiday on additional surcharges to cover their food and accommodation.


Driver's Age

All drivers must be at least 21 years old .

 

Driving license

Any valid Driving License is accepted, National or International Valid driving license is accepted.


Delivery & Collection

Reliable provide delivery and collection of vehicles 24 hours 7 days a week.

Geographical Limits

All cars should be driven within the limits of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
 

Insurance

Reliable vehicles are comprehensively insured which includes third-party liability limited for property damage and in respect of death or body injury in accordance with the law of Jordan. The renter is responsible for the first JOD 500/- of each and every accident. This responsibility can be Waiver if the renter has purchased / accepted Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at the time of rental. 1. Third Party Insurance is included as well.
2. No mandatory insurance.
3. In case of an accident, the renter shall inform Reliable Rent-A-Car immediately as follows:
   • Informing the nearest police precinct, Tel ( 911 ).
   • The renter shall pay the minimum excess amount in case of light accident as bellow:
     
       500 JOD
      
   • The renter shall pay the full excess amount in case of full damage all of the vehicle as bellow:
     
       2000 JOD
      
4. Renter shall pay full amount rental fee upon delivering the car back to Reliable Rent-A-Car.
5. The renter should obtain a relevant police report in default of which any C.D.W would be void.
6. The renter enjoys no rights to get the car repaired, in case of damage, without the prior written consent of the hirer.

 C.D.W

This type of insurance is optional which removes the excess completely (Zero Deductible). It relieves the renter responsibility in case of accident even if it's the renter's fault. This type of Insurance varies from car to another as bellow:

Terms of payment

An estimated cost of the rental and insurance charges are paid in advance in addition to a refundable deposit through all major credit cards. The cost of petrol and refueling will be charged to the renter.

Minimum rental period is 48 hours. However, after a grace period of 6 hours an additional day/one day rent is applicable. Rates are quoted in Jordanian Dinars and subject to change without any prior notice.


Suggestions / Remarks

• The use of seatbelts is compulsory for the driver and the front seat passenger in Jordan.
• Payments could be made by Cash, Visa, or Master Card.
• Traffic fines, speeding tickets incurred at the wheel of your car hire vehicle at Reliable are at your own risk.
• The terms & conditions can only be used as general guidelines, and may be different from those printed on the rental agreement.
• No charges in car if the client cancelled his booking within 48 hours.
