Requirements and Restrictions:
1 Driving License:
- A valid driving license must be presented upon request.
- Additional driver option available and must meet the same rental qualifications as primary driver.
2 Ages:
- Minimum rental age requirement is 21 years.
- Maximum rental limit is 70 years.
3 Geographic restrictions:
- Rental vehicle may not be driven outside Jordan.
4 Payment options:
- Renter must present a valid credit card of their own name at time of rental.

- Master Card
- Visa
- American express
Deposit:
If insurance is not purchased at rental counter, a JD 350.-- refundable deposit
Will be blocked on the renter's credit card, Cash deposit in the same amount will be
Acceptable
5 Additional fees:
Taxes
Mandatory 16% government VAT tax.
Fuel
If rental vehicle is returned with less fuel than at beginning of rental, the cost of replacement fuel plus
A JD 5. -- Fee will apply.
6 Insurance:

CDW- Collision Damage Waiver:
Option (1): In case of accident the customer will be responsible for the first JD 350. — (CDW)
Option (2): The customer can buy the CDW as mention in the list of Cars & Rates, and his responsibility becomes Zero.
- TP-Theft Protection:
Option (1): In case of steeling the car, the customer will be responsible for JD 500. — (TP)
Option (2): The customer can buy the TP as mention in the list of Cars & Rates, and his responsibility becomes Zero.
7 Extra hour charge:
Rental rates are based on 24 hr period, beginning at time of pickup.
Extra hour charge applies for every delay hour after due time, and costs 1/6 daily rate, and more than 6
Hours is considered one extra day.
8 Terms and Conditions:
FACTORS THAT NEGATE COVER
·
Gross or criminal negligence
·
Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
·
Unsuitable driving or road conditions
·
Unauthorized persons driving the vehicle
·
Unauthorized cross border rentals
·
Not adhering to traffic, road and driving regulations
·
No other vehicles involved in the collision unless exceptional circumstances apply
·
Not being able to produce the keys incase of the theft unless exceptional circumstances apply
·
Not reporting the exact details of the last know location of the vehicle prior to the theft.
